Your Choice for Swimming Lessons

for Babies, Toddlers and Children

  • MoovSwim focuses on a fun, happy, secure approach to water

We believe that children should be enjoying themselves in water. Our teaching approach is child-centered, where we guide and encourage the child gently to accomplish attainable goals. We progress at the child’s pace and readiness and emphasize learning to be fun and meaningful.

  • Children learn to float and be mobile in water

In Singapore, death by drowning is one of the leading causes of death, due to unintentional injury in the pediatric age group.

During children's swimming lessons, we aim to help the child become independent in the water and to know what to do should they have an unexpected fall into the water.

  • Parents and caregivers are the education focus of the program

During the baby swimming lessons and toddler swimming lessons, caregivers or parents are the education focus of the program. Parents will be informed of the program philosophy and aims: monitoring parent support, guiding parent practices, introducing equipment, songs, and activities, and providing education on the risks associated with aquatic environments.

  • Games and activities are used to develop children's skills and water safety education

Children older than 36 months are independent of their parents. A teacher-to-children ratio of 1:5 allows for better supervision and time to cater to the needs of individual children in a group setting.

At MoovSwim, we use games and activities to develop children’s skills and water safety education.

MoovSwim believes every baby can swim

Our baby swimming lessons are fun, interactive and progressive. We keep a ratio of one teacher to four parent-child pair so that the teacher can monitor and guide parents in their supports and techniques.

Through songs and toys, we engage children and parents to participate in activities crafted to inculcate water safety and build water confidence.

Through songs and toys, we engage children and parents

Songs and games help establish routines for children. Songs provide useful cues for skills, and also help promote a social atmosphere for babies and their parents. Songs also encourage parents to engage with their babies in a playful manner and promote parent confidence and acceptance in a class.
